Super sorry that your outside warranty company didn’t pay in a timely manor. I can assure you we put every effort into getting them to pay as quickly as possible, but ultimately it is on them to pay for the repairs done on your vehicle before it can be released. Unfortunately we run into enough unscrupulous companies that do not pay us, ultimately holding the customer liable, that we are forced into having payment made before releasing vehicles. We are committed to helping customers in any situation that arises, and if we can ever be in assistance in the future please let us know!!!
