My car's battery died and I had to get to work. They jumped my car so I could get to the dealership and within a half hour l had a new battery and I was on my way to work. Awesome! More

I'd prefer not to discuss further. My service record is in the dealership. They need to investigate internally: - More inventory on hand for standard repairs (Brake calipers) - Staff training to insure all needed parts are identified the first time - Test drive procedures to verify a completed repair - Discount policy for slow / incomplete repairs.
