I had number of items on my to-do list. Laura worked up an estimate for me. Costs were higher than I expected, presumably a result of our inflationary economy. Nevertheless, we went ahead, and all of the work was excellent. Laura kept me informed, and, more importantly, she was able to work down the cost of the service. Our vehicle is now 100% ready for our upcoming drive to Florida for vacation. More

The dealership is fine. The Ford Bronco has had multiple recalls in the first 8 months that I have owned it. 7 hours in the repair shop and denied a loaner car. I would visit the dealership at 9am on a Monday and take note of the number of people lining up and waiting for their vehicle to get repaired. More
