New to the Mazda dealership. First visit and was well taken care of. Disappointed that the Dealership service Department doesn't have a laser cutter to do a new key for me and I First visit and was well taken care of. Disappointed that the Dealership service Department doesn't have a laser cutter to do a new key for me and I have to find a lock smith that has one to cut a key for me! I still have to get a code from Mazda to be able to get a key cut! More

Took my fiancee's car in to get a transmission diagnosis and to get radio fixed. I knew the transmission was not working and radio wasnt working. I was pissed it cost me $295.00 just to hear someone tell me and to get radio fixed. I knew the transmission was not working and radio wasnt working.
