My car's battery died and I had to get to work. They jumped my car so I could get to the dealership and within a half hour l had a new battery and I was on my way to work. Awesome! The repair was fairly straight forward. brake sensor warning light. Dropped it off on Sunday and didn't get it back till Wed. - Dealer should have had better repair stock in inventory - brake sensor warning light. The warning light still was on so it was obvious that a test drive wasn't performed. Required an additional drop off to complete the repair. More

The dealer was fairly fast to get deal done i was happy with that ! I almost walked out when asked for a ball park trade in value and it took to long for a simple price ! In the beginning of my search for a vehicle for trade in. I was looking for a specific vehicle. Eric and i communicated through text for a week or so trying to find a good time for me to come in. Anyway Eric I was looking for a specific vehicle. Eric and i communicated through text for a week or so trying to find a good time for me to come in. Anyway Eric showed me what they had and I test drove 2 cars. They gave me what I asked for for my vehicle and found a car the same day I test drove the vehicles! I love the vehicle I now have and the whole experience was easy and non threatening being a woman going into a dealership on her own could have been an awful experience. Warranty service visit. Had my new F150 in the other day for a couple of items that needed to be corrected. Tim Lewis promptly checked me in and assured me they would be tak Had my new F150 in the other day for a couple of items that needed to be corrected. Tim Lewis promptly checked me in and assured me they would be taken care of pretty quickly. The one item wound up taking a little longer than expected but Tim came out to the waiting area and kept me informed of the progress. It was completed in about two and a half hours which i did not think was unreasonable at all. Both Tim (Service writer) and the technician (Thomas) were very friendly and informative, Great staff to work with. Waiting room was clean with coffee and bottled soft drinks. More
