The service department is terrible. Make an appointment for 1/2 hour service item and spend hours in the dingy dirty “lounge” waiting for it NOT to be done. Buy a Ford somewhere else. The sales staff made mistakes requiring us to go back, twice, to finish up paperwork they didn’t have ready and sent us a check 2 months after we bought for “overcharges” they found in an audit. Service department is a joke. More
