Most recent experience was not good. Our truck was there for over a week and then it was not finished until late on Friday. No one was able to explain the charges to us or take our coupons or Ford points, We had received a telephone quote of charges in the $500 range and they were $846.67. We had coupons for 15% off on service and $50 off on brakes. We were charged the full oil change price, also, and the truck was not washed. We have an extended warranty on the truck, but still had to pay for the 4x4 Module, labor, etc. Does not seem right to us. We are not happy. More
