Always great service. Just one thing - they usually ask if I want my car washed - after being serviced - but this time they didn’t ask and didn’t wash it. I brought it back within the hour to have them wash it. When I called they said I could bring it in - because yes they should have washed it. Problem I had was the response I got was “It looks pretty clean to me.” As if I was trying to pull a fast one. I had to run my fingers through the dirt on it - twice - two different areas. Had to ask him -“ do you think I got it this dirty this fast and now I want a freebie?” I was insulted by his implying just that. Like I was lying. He did say “ok you convinced me” so he took it and washed it. I had “convinced” him. Not a huge deal but it was to say the least Not your usual courteous treatment. More

Great experience! I bought a vehicle at 2pm on a Saturday, had to stop at the grocery store for a couple items and the truck made it to my house before I got there ove I bought a vehicle at 2pm on a Saturday, had to stop at the grocery store for a couple items and the truck made it to my house before I got there over an hour away. Also, they beat my outside financing rate which was pretty good for a newer used vehicle. All in all, great experience. More
