Your new car service director took care of us after having a blowout just down the street. The service department was already closed but he allowed us to park our vehicle in the service bay due to incl having a blowout just down the street. Zach Harrison provided excellent customer service both at drop off and pick up. The car was ready the same day as promised. Great employees are hard to come by these days. The car service was good but customer service was only up 75% helpful. they offered to charge me to $250 break into my car, which I had to outsource for much lower price ($120), as well as refused to tow up 75% helpful. they offered to charge me to $250 break into my car, which I had to outsource for much lower price ($120), as well as refused to tow my car to the dealership which is a service usually offered. This cost me an additional $150. Eventually my repairs were completely covered by my warranty. Unfortunately I had to pay almost close to my total car note for the month just to have my car serviced, (bad battery from dealership) even though repairs and transportation should have been Completely covered by my warranty. Also my car was not completely diagnosed and other problems we’re not addressed for other needed repairs. More
