Very easy and no pressure experience. I bought my wife a new 2019 RDX about a month ago and loved it so much I wanted to buy me one also!! I contacted Edward online and he was very responsive and we worked out a deal from long distance. He walked me through the online process very easily and had everything set up for us when we made a trip to Dallas to pick up the vehicle.
