Awesome Experience!!! I recently purchased a 2020 Acura RDX. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Whitney. She first asked me what I was in the market for an I recently purchased a 2020 Acura RDX. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Whitney. She first asked me what I was in the market for and I told her I was enamored by the RDX. I was originally in search of a 2019 or 2020 CPO but Whitney showed me a 2020 RDX (brand new) and allowed me to go on a test drive with the liberty to drive where I was most comfortable. One of the biggest issues I have always had with sales people is that they expect you to make a valuable purchase after having tested it on a predefined route that they choose which is not the way it should go. Whitney made great suggestions and even asked if I wanted to take it on the highway which is always a good thing because I don't think a proper assessment can be made just going around the corner. She did not rush my test drive and was very knowledgeable regarding questions around the vehicle as well as providing pointers regarding the features the RDX had. I have purchased MANY cars in my lifetime but this had to be one of the easiest most enjoyable purchase experiences I have had. When I left with my new RDX, I left with the feeling that I had developed a relationship with Acura that I will keep forever. I am already expecting that my next vehicle will be an Acura.
