Great service experiences I have gotten for the past 4 years since I purchased my RDX. Khang has always taken good care of me every time I bring my car in for service. Great communicator as he keeps me posted via telephone or text on the status of when the car is ready for pick up. I am extremely satisfied with his service level and professionalism. One suggestion to make is that let’s hope the managment team is able to retain good Service Advisors, as I have encountered working with several Service Advisors prior.
