I had an issue but it was taken care of by Johnathan Valdez I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first t I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first time. The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. He is a model example for customer service everywhere. More
