Whitney Belfer worked diligently with me to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. She was also very helpful in explaining the car's features, and even helped pair my phone to the Bluetooth and get all the systems set up for me. She answered all my questions and followed up with every detail. Juan Medina with finance was also very professional and got me through the financing quickly and efficiently, and also found me an exceptional rate. And Domonique Harmon did an exceptional job explaining accessory options. Consider me a very satisfied customer. More

He didn't force me to purchase a car I couldn't afford or want. He and the finance team worked to get my payments to a reasonable monthly payment. I was in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours. The great service didn't stop after that. John still follows up with phone calls and emails to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend Goodson Acura Dallas and plan to purchase my next car from them. There was never a single moment we felt being forced to buy or uncomfortable. John was very professional while talking to us and always maintained smiley face which I don't find in most of other Representatives. I did my homework bu I purchased a new 2015 Acura MDX from Wade West with Goodson Acura in August 2014 and was very pleased with the sales experience. I did my homework but had no intention of buying on that day. I just wanted to check the new MDX out and get some bottom line numbers. I did not go in to buy the car on that day, just to take a look but I walked out that evening with the new vehicle because I think I got a good deal and had no pressure and no craziness. Wade was patient and very helpful. Wade sold me my previous MDX in 2001 but did not assume that I would automatically buy again. He earned the sale with good customer service, patience and professionalism. I believe him to be a sales person with integrity. I believe the Acura MDX to be worth every penny. Great investment with no buyers remorse. You can tell customer service is important and they want to earn your business. Thank you Wade West and team! More
