When I returned I was helped with the items that needed to be transferred back to my car. While I checked out at the desk, they were organized. Calls were made and everything happened so smooth. I always felt everyone saw me as the most important person in front of them (everyone else was treated the same way, but my experience was special to me). More
Beware of Fraud! Certified Pre Owned Rip Off. Lemon Ave.! Goodson Acura sold me a certified pre-owned Acura TSX with bad tires and improperly repaired brakes. Kind of a joke really. I mean they are located on Lemon Ave (should've seen that as a red flag, eh?). Who puts used, rotting, severely cracking tires tires on a car before they sell it? Seriously, they put tires on my car that were older than the car was (the sneaky thing was that they met Acura's tread wear minimums, even though they are unsafe)! I'm now looking at spending $800 to replace the defective tires. They also replaced the brake pads (so that they met the certified pre owned specs) but did not replace the discs (to save money). Guess what, the brakes squeal so loudly, I'm forced to replace them as well. Certified pre owned...buyer beware! More
Fails to disclose body repair done in-house. I purchased a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned MDX with 2,500 miles. I was sold this car as being "better than new" as it came with the extended warranty of C I purchased a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned MDX with 2,500 miles. I was sold this car as being "better than new" as it came with the extended warranty of CPOs but was for all intensive arguments a new car. I asked numerous times if anything was wrong with the car and was repeatedly told no. I was given "Certified" paperwork showing the car was up to Acura CPO standards and that the only work done by Goodson Acura was an oil change, tire rotation, and detailing. 36 hours after delivery, I had a friend paint meter the paint to discover repair work had been done to the front fender. Initially I was told by Goodson they did not know anything about the repair work. Then I was told they did know about it, they had actually repainted both the fender and bumper in house, but it was "just a scratch" that was repaired. When I pushed back to that explanation and pointed out that the fender and bumper were no longer aligned, I was then told it had been involved in a collision in a parking lot. Not only was I intentionally deceived about what I was purchasing, the repair work that was done was deleted from their invoicing system so it would not detail on the invoice they gave me, although the two codes for the repair work do show up under deleted operations. I was further lied to about this invoice being the "reconditioning repair order" that is supposed to accompany the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle 182 Point Inspection Checklist and never given the actual required form as it would have detailed the repair work, something that was being hid from me. I was also given a Carfax they knew to be inaccurate as it did not list the repairs they did in-house. To add insult to injury, when confronted with their failure to disclose the damage, I was continually lied to until they were backed in a corner and had to fess up. As a loyal Acura owner for over a decade, I thought I could trust the dealers charged to uphold Acura standards. The Acura Certified Pre-Owned Program is touted as one of the best in the industry but is based on the honor system. Simply put, Goodson Acura does not follow the program rules. Horrible experience purchasing new Acura MDX We just bought brand new MDX Acura few days ago. It was a terrible experience from deal to delivery. On top of that dealer declined to give accessor We just bought brand new MDX Acura few days ago. It was a terrible experience from deal to delivery. On top of that dealer declined to give accessories that is stated in sticker after I had signed the papers. The accessories sticker said includes protection package among other things but at the time of delivery cargo tray was missing. We were told it was a mistake in the sticker and only all-seasons mats were included. I spotted few minor issues in the vehicle the day after the delivery and sales staff were not very welcoming and professional. I have bought new car from other Honda dealer in the past and whole experience so much professional and better but not here. More

No one seemed really interested in talking to us or answering our questions about the TLX which we were interested in . The sales staff seemed more preoccupied with talking amongst themselves . We were just handed a brochure , when we asked to see the car which had the advanced package we were told it is just like the one with the technology package on the floor . the overall experience was so disappointing that we will not be returning to this dealership and will probably take our business to David Mcdavid . Goodson was where we brought our first Acura and I expected a much better treatment for a repeat customer than we got. More

He was a no xx guy & that was exactly what I was looking for. He took his time to find me the right car, no drama no haggling I got a good price on a car I am really happy with. Juan helped me with financing & took his time explaining everything in detail & gave me some good tips on credit. Over all it was a great experience I would definitely recommend Bob Mothers he was great to deal with. James More
