Treated Like Royalty! I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!! From the purchase of my RDX with Leonard Johnson to my first experience with the Service Department, I have been so very imp I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!! From the purchase of my RDX with Leonard Johnson to my first experience with the Service Department, I have been so very impressed. Leonard is just such a great guy and he never once used the 'full court press' method of car sales you see so often at other dealerships. He answered all of our millions of questions with patience and smiles. Just had my free oil change (for your 1st time only, don't want everyone thinking that that is something that comes free for the life of your car!) and 28 point inspection and enjoyed all the amenities in the customer lounge as well as very courteous customer care. This place is awesome! More

Outstanding Service! I found my car on the Goodson Acura website. After locating it, I emailed Gary Scott and asked when I could come by to see it. Gary returned my email I found my car on the Goodson Acura website. After locating it, I emailed Gary Scott and asked when I could come by to see it. Gary returned my email in a very timely manner. He gave me his hours and asked when I could come in. We set a day and time, but someone came to the dealership to look at the same car. Gary called me and asked me if I was still interested and if so I may want to come in earlier. I came on to the dealership, where Gary was waiting for me to take the car for a test drive. Of course I loved it and when we returned to the dealership, we got right to the paperwork to finance the car. The process was seamless and in an hour I was driving home in my new Acura! Gary took me around the dealership to locate the service center as well as introduce me to the people I may need to contact should I need any more accessories for my car. Everyone was so nice and helpful that the whole buying experience was one I will never forget. I have had my car now for about a month and in that time Gary has followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my car and if I needed help with any of the technology on the car! When I am ready for my next Acura, I will DEFINITELY be returning to Goodson Acura to see Gary Scott! Thanks guys! More
