Thieves steal your stuff! If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been dealing with this 'luxury' dealership for the recall repair of my 2012 RDX. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been dealing with this 'luxury' dealership for the recall repair of my 2012 RDX. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! If you do decide to take your vehicle to them, take EVERYTHING out of your car. A theft occurred while my vehicle was in their possession and they all-to-quickly pointed me to the clause on the service contract that they are not responsible for theft that occurs. Again, there are a handful of Acura dealerships in the metroplex. Have your serviced by a shadetree mechanic before you deal with Goodson. At the end of the day, your experiece is limited to the sum total of what the fine print says. NEVER GOODSON, NEVER AGAIN!!! More

Wade West was really great to work with and took his time to explain all the details about my vehicle and about the purchasing process. I went for a test drive and Wade was very good and explaining how the vehicle worked and made a point to explain all the safety features. I went through the Costco car buying program and I highly recommend it. Wade also showed me around the dealership and the service area. He was also very helpful with my return trip to get my painting and leather protection. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Wade. More

From my first conversation with Mr. Patrick Burns, the Internet Sales Director on the phone; to set up an appointment to come in to see and drive the Acura of my choice, to appraising my car, to being welcomed by Mr. Jose Herrera, the New Car Sales Manager, to the handling of all the paperwork, to the detailed explanation of every button and funtion on this vehicle at delivery by Mr. Wade West; the process and experience could not have been more enjoyable. And the car? Wow, the car totally blew me away!!!! I purchased a 2016 Acura TLX with the ride, luxury and performance of a M-B, BMW, or an Infiniti: with the reliability of a Honda Accord, for not much more money, how do you top that? If your thinking of a new car; you need to check Goodson Acura of Dallas out, they will not disappoint....The level of professionalism, attention to detail and follow-up at Goodson Acura has been off the charts! I have purchased a lot of new cars over the years and this experience really sticks out as one of the best ever. Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I just wanted to say thank you so much to Brent Davis, my sales person! He was absolutely fantastic! My husband is over seas and I have been car shopp I just wanted to say thank you so much to Brent Davis, my sales person! He was absolutely fantastic! My husband is over seas and I have been car shopping for the past few months. When you are a female walking into many dealerships it seems they are quick to try and take advantage of the situation and mark up prices or try to add extras on. A friend of mine told me to come to Goodson and see Brent. I was told he was honest, up front, fair, and very knowledgeable. He absolutely was all of those things! It was an amazing car buying experience and everything was explained so clearly with out any hidden fees or numbers. I would suggest anyone and everyone who is looking for a car to go to Brent. You will not be disappointed. P.S. I promised you Brent I would bring some BBQ by when my husband comes back from Iraq, I intend to keep that promise and he wants to shake your hand to thank you as well!! Thanks for everything! Bait and Switch, twice I visited the used car office about 4 times in last 6 weeks trying to find the acura at price / etc that i wanted. The dealer seemed to price used cars reasonably well. After defining what i wanted on 1st visit, salesman offered to show me a car that met my guidelines if i came back in. He made it known that we would have to go to another lot to see it. So i get there and am told that that the car is going to auction because of electrical problems. Well ok, i dont want to buy a car with problems. So i said lets go to lot to see your next best option while i am here. Of course that is priced higher, but i figured im already invested time wise on visit #2 so lets just see it. So we fight traffic to get to other lot, salesman opens the manual gate to lot and we go to see the car. Wups, we dont have the keys. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time. Fast forward several weeks, i email the salesman after seeing a car that seems to meet my expectations. Was listed at 22.9k for several days before i emailed him (and was still listed when i emailed him). I am told, sorry thats now sold but we have another one being listed in a day or so. So 2 days later, another car magically appears but asking price is 23.9k. Funny thing is its the exact car that was listed at 22.9k several days ago. The beauty of VIN numbers and cached webpages. I thought that sold? I ask why you told me it was sold, and the response is they thought i was inquiring about another car. Uh ok, there was only 1 car of that color and model year listed when i emailed you. So, then why is the car priced 1k more than it was a few days ago? response, its in better condition then we thought. You have owned the car 7 months and u dont know the condition? So then i ask is this the car that had the electrical problems when i first came in and you told me it was going to auction. After 24 hours, they admitted it was , and claimed that they had misdiagnosed the problem originally. More
