Fast and professional I was in the market for a low mileage pre-owned Acura TLX, and emailed several different DFW dealerships regarding my needs and questions. While a cou I was in the market for a low mileage pre-owned Acura TLX, and emailed several different DFW dealerships regarding my needs and questions. While a couple of dealerships replied with generic information, CeCe at Goodson emailed me after midnight (I work nights), and presented me with more useful information. I live a couple of hours away, and told her I would be there by 11am, but needed to leave by 1pm so I could get back home to pick up my kids from school. I left the dealership in the Acura at 12:59pm. All empoyees that I encountered were great, but CeCe took care of everything. After I left the dealership, I finally got a more personalized email regarding one of the cars I had asked about, but it was too late. I'd already been taken care of much more efficiently. More

My service manager for the past three years has been Richard Furcht and he treats me like a queen even though I drive an 8 year old TSX. Never performs an unexpected service without calling me first to review and price, and talk me down off the ledge. Tells me must dos and what can safely wait a year.Helpful in combining service coupons to save me money. Always walks me through the billing statement, explaining what was done and why, how much it cost, how much I saved. Returns my car to me looking new inside and out. White glove service all the way. Awesome new car buying experience at Goodson Acura Dallas I just purchased a 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance. This is my third vehicle purchase from Goodson but the first one since 2007. I chose Goodson due I just purchased a 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance. This is my third vehicle purchase from Goodson but the first one since 2007. I chose Goodson due to the excellent experience with both sales and service I had in the past. I stopped by to look at the RDX and MDX models. John Dobbins patiently answered all my questions as I went over both vehicles and took a RDX for a test drive. He was aware I was just "kicking tires" but took all the time I wanted with absolutely no sales pressure. I dropped back by a week or so later to test drive the MDX. John was not in but I was helped by Augustine Oboh. I had the exact same helpful experience with no sales pressure. I had not worked with Augustine during my initial visit but he remembered me from that visit. Once I made the purchase decision the sales process was smooth and professional as well. I went back to John and he was great to work with as we went through the vehicle price and trade in. I felt like I was being treated with the utmost curtesy and respect by everyone I came in contact with. My impressions were a dealership that was professional and maintained the highest degree of integrity across every aspect of the business I came in contact with. That included reception, sales, finance and vehicle delivery. I was really pleased that the dealership was the same great dealership I experienced years before. More
