Great overall service My car's alternator died on me on my way to work in the morning and I was able to get my car to the dealership before they opened. Robby was available right when their office opened to help get my a loaner and on my way to work immediately. Throughout the day I was given up to date notifications on the status of my car and the estimates. Robby also reached out to a third party insurance company per my request to see if I was eligible for any coverage. That afternoon I was given the notification that my car was ready for pick up, I came back to the dealship and was in and out wishing 10 minutes. Overall a great experience. More

The service was completed in a timely manner and all employees were professional and polite. In the past Richard Furcht acted as my service advisor. As he is leaving for retirement shortly he introduced me to Robby Robertson who will assume that role. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Mr. Robertson I have been dealing Goodson for service and sales for almost twenty years and have never been disappointed with the results.
