Oil change was done right of way. 5 stars Thirdly, Lance Key did a great job on the oil change and checking all the fluids, etc. No dirt or grime anywhere on my flooring or seats. 5 stars I have received such good service here. Before my MDX, I had an Avalon, which I took to Sports City Toyota for oil changes, etc. I would get there at 7:00 am first in line for an oil change and would have to wait at least 3 hrs. The last time I took it in, I said that is it, I will not buy another car from them. Acura's customer service is by far#1, great job in customer service. I have found that all of your employees are so corgial, kind, friendly and helpful. 5 STARS More

I felt like he had my best interest at heart and was there to help me. Between my busy schedule they had everything ready for a fast pickup. A-1 Service The employee that was my Service Consultant is not on your list. Why not? Goodson Acura performed an A-! Service, good as far as it goes, but latter The employee that was my Service Consultant is not on your list. Why not? Goodson Acura performed an A-! Service, good as far as it goes, but latter I get an Email recommending additional service /maintenance items. It would have been much more convent & time efficient if I had been told about these additional items during my A-1 maintenance service so I could have authorized Goodson to proceed w/ these items. So now I find myself in the situation where I have to bring my vehicle back a second time to have all the maintenance recommended performed on my vehicle. Goodson you have lost the person to person human connection. NOT A GOOD THING! More

I had purchased the car at another Acura dealership and was concerned I May 16 2017 I had a first servive on my new 2017 Acura MDX Advance........ I had purchased the car at another Acura dealership and was concerned I would get below par service. That was not the case. The service was prompt coureous fast and thorough from start to finish. Jasmin Carranza handled my car, and she was very friendly and very accommodating. She made ahimsrum rank a pleasure. I will absolutely use this service department in the future. I travel from Waco and could use many different dealership service departments. This experience definitely beckons me back. I left a Yeti cup at the dealership. I called later. They searched for the cup, found it, and put aside for me to come back and get. That was beyond the call of duty. So nice to deal with pleasant efficient folks!!!!! Thank you. Jody Barbin More
