Best customer service I needed a last minute oil change before a road trip, I dropped my car off in the morning. Glare Problem Resolveed! We bought a 2015 TXL and discover that there was a glare issue with chrome molding around the side window vents reflecting in the side rear view mirro We bought a 2015 TXL and discover that there was a glare issue with chrome molding around the side window vents reflecting in the side rear view mirrors. This is my wife's car and the glare was very annoying to her. Contacted the sale representative and within minute was contacted by Robbie Robertson. Scheduled an appointment and problem was rectified in less that an hour. Excellent Service! Even though we live on the Fort Worth side of the metroplex, we will get our car service at Goodson Acura. While traveling we had car problems and my Car was towed to Goodson Acura. They let me use a Loaner 2017 Acura RDX and we went on to Denton. This really helped to have such an outstanding Service Department Staff which helped us through this bad time since my husband and I are in our late 70's and we had our two Senior Pets traveling with us.
