He answered every question promptly, provided detailed information and photos when requested, and kept us informed throughout the transaction. The dealership was straightforward with pricing, honored their commitments, and made us feel valued as customers from start to finish. I got really frustrated with the whole car buying experience and started searching online for the best dealerships in the metroplex. I came across a website that rates dealerships on their transparen experience and started searching online for the best dealerships in the metroplex. I came across a website that rates dealerships on their transparency (DealRater) and Goodson was rated at the top of the list. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes and hate the drive to Dallas, but I was getting worn down, was ready to buy and would prefer giving my business to a dealership that wasn’t using fake prices to lure customers. So, I reached out to Goodson, set up a test drive and everything went quickly and smoothly from there. Specifically, I would like to extend our gratitude to Courtney for making this experience such a positive one. We shopped around at, at least, six dealerships and finally found Courtney at Goodson and the difference in experiences with other salespersons is glaring. Because of him, we will always start at Goodson Acura for our future car buying endeavors. I doubt there would be any reason to look anywhere else. I highly recommend giving Goodson Acura a try. Good customer service, but the work (recall) took longer than Acura said it would in their mass mailing. This needs to be addressed up the chain.
