In four years, and 213,000 miles, Good Brothers has never let me down. Three times I bought tires somewhere else, and all three times I had to ask Good Brothers to rebalance them right away. This time I let me down. Three times I bought tires somewhere else, and all three times I had to ask Good Brothers to rebalance them right away. This time I called Good Brothers from the start. I tell John I need tires, and mention the car runs and shifts like it has 200,000 miles. John asks if I can drop it off tomorrow. John sets up my rental with Enterprise. By 3:00, I am back in my car. Tires, oil, and filters changed, alignment perfect, a recall fixed. 213,000 miles, runs and drives like new again. Why? Good Brothers know my car, and they know my needs. More

Bought my First F-150 from the old Good Brothers Ford back in 2005, and thought they were great. When I finally decided it was time to replace it, I figured I'd go Ford again, but I started noticing a lo back in 2005, and thought they were great. When I finally decided it was time to replace it, I figured I'd go Ford again, but I started noticing a lot of very positive reviews of the Ram 1500. That's when I realized that the Goods still had a Ram/Dodge dealership. The first time we went in, we were helped by Pat McCarthy, who was friendly, low-key and knowledgeable. He was there to thoroughly answer questions, as well as ask my wife and I questions himself. It was obvious that he really listens and has good information, but never became pushy. After we left, one thing we knew is that there was no question we would love to purchase from Pat and Good Brothers. We still wanted to be thorough and check out the Ford, and subsequently went to two different dealerships. One was less than confidence-inspiring, while the other was pretty good, but not Good Brothers or Pat. And lo and behold, we realized that we actually might like the Ram better, anyway. Back to Good Brothers we went, where at different points we were helped by Jerry and Sean Good, who also were awesome. Both very friendly and knowledgeable, and neither using pressure tactics. We knew after another visit and test drive that Ram and Good was the way to go. We finalized the deal with Pat, who was fantastic again, and then had help from Jack Hart, the Business Manager, who ironically sold us the Ford back in 2005. The 2020 F-150 would have cost a bit less, and we thought about getting one because of the money. We would have liked it, and it certainly would have been an upgrade over my 15-year-old truck. But with the Ram, we were actually excited; it is a phenomenal vehicle. And we were able to do our business with people we like and respect. There are so few family and smaller businesses remaining, and my wife and I are old enough to remember when those types of places thrived. We try to support those types of businesses whenever possible, as long as the service, product and experience warrants doing so. We were thrilled to buy from Good Brothers. It is a relatively small place, with a distinct family/small business atmosphere. The people there are genuinely nice and give you your space. No pressure at all, they are there to help but will not be in your face or trying to pull one over on you. They definitely know their business, too. I can't recommend Good Brothers Dodge/Ram enough. Stop in and see Pat or Jerry or Sean, or anyone else. You will be treated respectfully and fairly, and just talk with friendly, open people! More
