Great people and good service , but dodge sent them bad oil filters and my brand new Ram was leaking after oil change they took it back in and had to get better filters so I had to wait another hour but they said I will get a discount on my next visit and fixed the issue. Wasn’t there fault dodge sent them a batch of bad oil filters.

The service department was clean, professional, and efficient. I was getting the first oil change for my new 1500.

Service dept was absolutely amazing! My new engine had a factory defect. Not only did they handle the warranty back and forth but provided me with a vehicle for the entire 61 days they had my ride. They did this at their expense as Chrysler only paid for 5 days. They made no excuses and 100% took care of me and my vehicle.
