Customer Service and Price Point are the two MAJOR things I look for in a dealership. Upon entering Good Brothers I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I'm not a person to 'play the game' and I look for in a dealership. Upon entering Good Brothers I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I'm not a person to 'play the game' and go back and forth about vehicle pricing. I explained what my budget was and that I could not go any higher, so please do not come back with finding a happy medium, for example; "if we do this - will you do that", etc.,etc.... Every dealership out their knows how much they can sell a car for and every time it's nickle and dime tactics. Good Brothers respected my wishes, kept all emotion out of the equation and SOLD me a car on my terms and with my conditions (that I stated up front, immediately after the testdrive). I appreciated everyone taking the time and going the extra mile to get me into this car!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Each person a pleasure to do business with and they KNOW their vehicles!! Absolutely NO HASSLES -or- hasseling by employees. A car shoppers dream ~ upfront, straightforward, no haggling and totally professional business people!!! I HONESTLY RECOMMEND and will continue to recommend Good Brothers Dodge. AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!! PS: my 1st visit to Good Brothers and after this experience, I'll never go anywhere else! More
First time buying from this dealer. I found the Ram 1500 I wanted on-line on their lot, they gave me information over the internet quickly. Went down to Weymouth from Beverly, they had the truck ready. To I wanted on-line on their lot, they gave me information over the internet quickly. My husband and I decided for Christmas this year we were going to trade in our old car / truck for new ones. After exhaustive research, we decided he wanted a Ram truck and I was going to get a Mazda 3. W going to trade in our old car / truck for new ones. After exhaustive research, we decided he wanted a Ram truck and I was going to get a Mazda 3. We went to Good Brothers for the Ram 1500. They had the exact truck he wanted so the entire transaction was a breeze. During that sale, Pat suggested I should take a look at the all new Dart - and I was suprisingly impressed! Guess what....we are both driving new Dodge's Thank you Pat, for taking the time, and making the effort to help both of us happy new car owners. More

We purchased a 2010 Dodge charger with 32k miles from Good Brothers Dodge in South Weymouth, MA on 11/20/12. When my wife put the vehicle in drive the check engine light turned on, so we put it in park & Good Brothers Dodge in South Weymouth, MA on 11/20/12. When my wife put the vehicle in drive the check engine light turned on, so we put it in park & informed Gerry Good III of the problem. Gerry told me that he guaranteed that it was nothing major and that it would be taken care of when we brought it back to get the inspection sticker (we picked the vehicle up later in the day, after work, so the service department was already closed). We dropped the charger off the next day and after an hour and a half were told that there was a bad spark plug that was causing a cylinder 2 misfire code. Dave, the service manager, informed us that it was a time-consuming job & they wanted to keep the vehicle for the night to complete the job and make sure the code did not return. They arranged for a rental vehicle (which was very acceptable)& said they would contact us when they were done. Two days passed and I had heard nothing, when I called to inquire I was told that now they were cleaning the fuel injectors and they would let me know how it went. On 11/24/12 I called around noon & spoke to Dave, who informed me that he had just spoken to Gerry Good III and had recommended that the deal be reversed & that they could have our trade in back on the lot by Monday. We made the hour long drive back to the dealership where we met with Gerry Good III. Gerry said the only options we had were to allow them to rebuild the motor (estimated 2-6 weeks) or to void the entire deal (which we choose to do). There was no attempt to try and work out a deal for a comparable vehicle (Good Brothers Dodge currently has three chargers, a 2010, 2011 & 2012 with 32k-36k miles on their lot) It was obvious that Gerry Good III had no intentions of trying to work with us so we spoke to the customer service manager, Linda (not sure of the spelling,or her last name as we did not speak long) who told us that there was no point in trying to work out a deal because we were unhappy with them & no deal would satisfy us (Linda can be reached at Good Brothers Dodge Inc 577 Columbian St South Weymouth, MA 02190 781-331-8300 if anyone is in need of a fortune teller). The story does have a happy ending (no thanks to Gerry Good III, or Good Brothers Dodge). We found a 2011 Dodge Charger SE in canton at North End Motors for slightly more, but because they worked with us & got a 2.25% rate as opposed to the 3.99% that we got at Good Brothers Dodge we were able to have the deal done in less than an hour. I went in to help my uncle buy a new Durango and met Pat McCarthy. Throughout the process, Pat was helpful, professional, and fair. The first day, we had also cross-shopped a Grand Cherokee from Quirk and McCarthy. Throughout the process, Pat was helpful, professional, and fair. The first day, we had also cross-shopped a Grand Cherokee from Quirk and a Pathfinder from Coastal. Of the three, Good Brothers was by far the best dealership experience. Finding a Durango in bright red was no small task, but Pat and the manager Tim were eager and willing to do everything possible to make it happen. The true highlight of the experience, however, was how low-pressure the entire deal was. While other dealerships were asking "if I can find one in red, will you buy today?," or "what we have on the lot changes every day, and if you don't act now you'll miss out," Pat understood that we wanted to exhaust every alternative to ensure the choice we were making was the right one. In fact, the only time we heard "what can I do to make you buy today?" was when the manager made a joke about how Good Brothers DID NOT do business that way. The negotiation process was smooth and commendable, with Tim Good even offering to call in a favor (based on volume sold) from Chrysler to make the deal happen. In the end, we got everything on the list for a price that was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend Good Brothers for a new Dodge. More
I went to Good Brothers because Dan DiGravio worked at the dealer I bought my last Charger at, Weber Dodge. Unfortunately, they closed down years ago. My positive experience with him during my previous pu the dealer I bought my last Charger at, Weber Dodge. Unfortunately, they closed down years ago. My positive experience with him during my previous purchase came to mind when it came time to upgrade to a new ride. He gave me a fair trade offer, higher than Autotrader's trade marketplace estimated. He explained all of the fees and details of the deal clearly. He assigned Shawn Turner to handle the delivery of the car, handle some of the paperwork and details. The remaining paperwork was done by Jack Hart, and he explained the available Chrysler service contracts clearly (I did not buy a service contract, possibly at a later time.). They did not have a car with the equipment/options I wanted, I found one through Autotrader and they agreed to get it for me. They went all the way to Attica, NY (near Buffalo) to pick the car up and bring it back!!! Set up delivery for the following Saturday, and it went seamlessly. Went back the following Monday for the registration and state inspection, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would definetely recommend Good Brothers Dodge to my friends and family. I am enjoying my new 2011 Charger R/T AWD I purchased. More
Be careful, past experience was that they were pushy on maintenance service that did not agree with the vehicle maintenance book, this is what soured me Had I gone with their recomendations, my cost of ow maintenance service that did not agree with the vehicle maintenance book, this is what soured me Had I gone with their recomendations, my cost of ownership would be costing me a fortune. All this took place before FIAT took over the reigns. I have a friend who agrees with me, we both have dodge pickups and went there for service, because we had no other choice. The only other dodge dealer left in the area (South Shore Chrysler Jeep Dodge) apparantly filed for bancruptcy a year ago, and they have a terrible rating also. Chrysler really screwed up when they made their dealer cuts. I probably will buy a different brand next time, mainly because their aren't many dealers left in my area. I might give them 1 shot if I decide on another Dodge. More
