You are paying for a skill set and professional service. I had my car repaired but was told over the phone that the check engine light was still on after the repair was completed some $ 653 dollars later . The recommended action was an additional $ 300 dollar repair was needed for the check engine light issue to be corrected. I declined the repair as it was nearly 3 times the normal pricing for that repair. I paid my bill and interestingly enough there is no check engine light on in my vehicle. There was no extra work completely but this issue corrected itself???? I will not be back. You have lost a loyal customer and potential customers with my friends and family.     Not so GOOD service More

Awesome experience We went in and dealt with Gerry (the third). He was very kind. He asked us what we wanted and showed us our options. There was no b.s. Car was a lemon, service department was incompetent. Staff was more than accommodating selling me the car; then when it broke they couldn't be bothered to help. Mind you this was a brand new car. At less than 9k, the engine was having trouble (revving and going back down almost like you were pumping the accelerator). Took it to the Shop, they gave it back dating nothing was wrong. It was 100% normal. Less than 40 miles later the check engine light came on. Took it in again, this time they redid the throttle body assembly. Helped but didn't completely fix the issue. Sales couldn't be bothered to help trade me out of it. Ended up setting the lemon with Chrysler. Last time I buy a Chrysler, and definitely the last car I buy here. More

I brought my car in for service in the am and was called in the late afternoon and told they road tested my car for 20 minutes and could not duplicate the problem. I was charged $110 and as I was driving out of their lot the problem happened immediately. I was asked to leave it for the next day to repair it. I explained that I was leaving on a business trip the next day afternoon and they promised it would be repaired by noon. As of 1:00 my car had not even been looked at. I can live with a repair bill but cannot recommend Good Brothers because of false promises. I was also told that my repair would not be guaranteed to fix the problem but it would be a good place to start and with enough money spent, in time I could have a repaired car. DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! Bb More

Hands down, BEST dealership experience I've ever had. I had the greatest experience at Good Brother's Dodge in South Weymouth. I was looking for a 2014 Dodge Ram Tradesman/Express 1500 Work Truck. They had one in stock that was right in my price range. I called the dealership and spoke with Justin Boyd, who told me to come on down so we could test drive the vehicle and talk about some things. He was awesome! I told him I was very interested in the truck, however, wasn't ready to buy today. He said "no problem, everything is on your terms". He treated me with the utmost respect, and there was absolutely no pressure at all to fill out any paper work or make any sort of decision regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. NO PRESSURE! Everyone was wicked friendly and helpful there. There were no slick talking car salesman, no game playing as far as the price range I wanted to be in, etc. Everything was on my terms, I told them what I wanted and what I wanted it for, and they made it all happen. No lies, no problems, NO STRESS!!! Just a great experience. Justin spent a few days with me figuring everything out and was very patient with me and my often indecisive attitude. Customer Service and Price Point are the two MAJOR things I look for in a dealership. Upon entering Good Brothers I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I'm not a person to 'play the game' and I look for in a dealership. Upon entering Good Brothers I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I explained what my budget was and that I could not go any higher, so please do not come back with finding a happy medium,for example; "if we do this - will you do that", etc.,etc.... Every dealership out their knows how much they can sell a car for and every time it's nickle and dime tactics. Good Brothers respected my wishes, kept all emotion out of the equation and SOLD me a car on my terms and with my conditions (that I stated up front, immediately after the testdrive). I appreciated everyone taking the time and going the extra mile to get me into this car!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Each person a pleasure to do business with and they KNOW their vehicles!!
