A positive and professional buying experience When I entered the showroom I was enthusiastically greeted and all initial questions were professionally handled by the sales person. The process from there was also very professionally and courteously done including locating a car, test driving it, and afterwards the sales person truly listened to what I had to say regarding most important needs and where I wanted to be regarding payment. He and his staff looked at what price concession could be made, assessed my car, and came up with a deal that addressed those needs. From there the finance manager made that process very smooth as well. In all we did not waste a lot of time on gimmicks or trivia, The staff gave me credit for knowing what I want and for knowing what I was doing. The deal seemed seamless. More
