He answered all my questions over the phone, even discussed price and rebates, which I really appreciated since most dealers won't talk price over the phone. Gerry accommodated my schedule for a test drive as well. Gerry was not pushy at all, and understood when I needed time to think it over. I also worked with Jack Hart, who understood my budget and price point. Jack even worked to get me more for my trade-in. Once I got the price I needed (which was less than anywhere else) Jack made the paperwork process quick and straightforward.
