I had not, but on there recommendation I did. I kid you not, best car buying experience ive ever had. No hassle, no high pressure, no pushy sales people. Thought things were really good except after the sale items could use some additional work. The negotiation was easy and the price was good. We had to drive about 1.25 hours to the dealer and had to wait over could use some additional work. The negotiation was easy and the price was good. We had to drive about 1.25 hours to the dealer and had to wait over an hour to pick up the truck even though we gave them the time we planned to arrive. There was a dent in the rear bumper that was found when we were picking up the truck. We were told they would determine the best way to handle it and contact me. I waited almost a week and contacted the dealership. I was told they ordered a bumper and it should take about 2 weeks from when we picked up the truck. They will contact me when it comes in to arrange the replacement. We are going on 3 weeks and I have still not heard from anyone on the replacement bumper. Should I really have to keep contacting the dealership to get the item they said they would replace? More
