I visited the dealership three times and I never felt pressured to buy or make a quick decision -- very important to me. When I scheduled my third visit, I was ready to buy and again Amber was patient and very fair with me as we completed the deal. And when I came to pick up my Forester and trade in my Nissan Frontier, it was a painless process and Amber was very helpful with everything from the paperwork to attaching the license plates to my new vehicle.
