I’m a little disappointed with the service I got this past week. I had an appointment for a gold service which includes a oil and filter change , tire rotation and other normal service. I dropped my car off on Friday and they let me use a rental car. I got a call saying it was not going to be finish by the end of the day. That’s ok. Saturday I get a call to say it’s not going to be done till Tuesday. Monday was a holiday. My problem is that I had an appointment so why did it take this long for a simple service and detail job? Apparently they take drive in service before appointment service. On top of the time problem the detail job was not as expected. The floor mats were still dirty and I had a couple of scuffs on the doors that weren’t buffed out. I think I expected the detail to be much better than just a basic cleaning. More

The people I spoke with were very nice. The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be. Everything was well documented and explained. I knew everything I needed to by the time I left. My wife and I have purchased many cars in our lifetime but we have never had such a comfortable sales experience. Sean, our salesman, was so helpful in finding us the car that we wanted and he provided u but we have never had such a comfortable sales experience. Sean, our salesman, was so helpful in finding us the car that we wanted and he provided us with a no pressure and no end of sale $$ surprise. He is the best, down to earth, salesperson we have ever dealt with. He also provided us with a comprehensive review of all the safety features and the bells and whistles on our new Subaru Forester. "Yuko is fair and honest" I came in about 2 weeks ago to work with Yuko Lovely on the purchase of a new car, and she was absolutely amazing. She responded to my phonecalls and I came in about 2 weeks ago to work with Yuko Lovely on the purchase of a new car, and she was absolutely amazing. She responded to my phonecalls and e-mails prior to my arrival both quickly and bluntly (that is a good thing). At no time did I feel any pressure from Yuko, and more importantly she was honest. She did not try to up-sell me anything, she only showed me what I wanted. She answered almost all of my questions (even the difficult ones), and I was treated very well. Quite frankly, honesty is something very rare to find in a dealer, and thus I highly recommend Yuko. More
