Took advantage of their "Express" Service for the first time. 2 hours and 20 minutes later the "Express" service was finally finished. With an appointment it "only" takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to do 30 m time. 2 hours and 20 minutes later the "Express" service was finally finished. Hello same, Scheduling an appointment for service is always an option for our customers. You are correct though, no appointment is required to use our express lane service. They are able to do oil changes, tire rotations, change light bulbs and fuses. Any additional service concerns require an appointment. Our Express lane operates on a first come, first serve basis so your wait time will vary. Early mornings are especially busy and we normally suggest late morning or early afternoon is the best time to avoid long waits.

Merian-Webster defines express as "designed or intended to be used for fast movement or travel". A better sign for the outside of the building might be "First Come First Serve Lane".
