Decent dealer but for paying the extra money to have a dealership do your service instead of going to a cheaper place you'd think they would be better. I went to the express lane for my 24,000 mile servic dealership do your service instead of going to a cheaper place you'd think they would be better. I went to the express lane for my 24,000 mile service and was told it would be an hour or two to do. I waited around for it, after over two hours they came out and told me there was an issue with the hood release and that they take apart my front end to fix the issue and found they would have to order a new cable to fix it. The car was still under warranty and it would be fixed for free but it would take a couple days to get parts and they give me a loaner car while it was being done. You'd think as soon as there was an issue they would tell you not 2 hours later after they already started taking apart my car. Went in for my 30,000 mile service and was told my tires needed to be replaced because the insides of them were bald (the outsides still look brand new). The vehicle only has 30,000 miles with all of the service completed by them every 6,000 miles and it already needs new tires. I should have paid closer attention to the tires overall but you'd think by paying dealer prices to have them do the services they would have informed me that my tires weren't wearing evenly and that I needed an alignment way before the insides were bald. On a plus side it's nice that they give you the option of a loaner car (if you schedule ahead of time) while yours is being worked on and send you a video of any issues but during the video the mechanic said that he had completed my service and that he recommended new tires and sent me an invoice. I declined the overpriced tires online through the invoice and went to pick up me car, I got there and they told me my car wasn't ready yet and it would still be at least an hour before it was ready. Why did he state in the video that my service was completed but when I went to pick it up it was still an additional hour of work? More
