We recently bought new Nissan Juke AWD in base trim from Serramonte Nissan. We were pleased with a) price b) financing (had to ask though for better deal) c) time it took to process things. We got price and financing we asked for without "let me go check", thus saving our time. Actually we got price we wanted in less than 30 seconds and financing we wanted in less than 60 seconds. Moreover, we find our self lucky, because Juke AWD models for some reason were hard to find when we were buying and other dealers just didn't have base Juke AWD at time of our purchase. Our manager was Claudio and I suggest contacting dealers by internet - save your and theirs time. More

This is the second time I've come here for service and I will NEVER come back. They continuously do not honor any of their service specials that they have on line, are unfriendly, and have missed items in m will NEVER come back.
