excellente service given by Mr. Teehankee I walked in over the weekend to look at some Titans. Claudio was an amazing sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. NIGHTMARE @ Nissan Serramonte Nissan Serramonte sent us a letter offering us top dollar to get a nice trade in for our Nissan Juke 2013w/ our lease due to end on Feb 2017. Me and Nissan Serramonte sent us a letter offering us top dollar to get a nice trade in for our Nissan Juke 2013w/ our lease due to end on Feb 2017. Me and my wife was lured by this offer and end up purchasing a new car. We were promised a lot of things that we had fallen for such as: -$17,500 out the door price for the new car, no down/ no monthly payment until 2nd month, they will take care of the lease transaction w/o any fee. I realized 2 days after on my way to my bank to transfer the car loan that the following informations were not followed. Realizing that we have been ripped off I hurriedly went back to return the car under the 3 day/250 mile guarantee program. I was told by Mike Ahmad the Gen Mgr, that they do not have this program and I cannot return the car. (EVEN THAT I HAVE PROOF THAT I SHOWED HIM). I did not stop from there, I continue to send them email and luckily a nice gentleman by the name of Vincent April -Dir. of Internet Sales acknowledged that they do have a 3 day return program. He then instructed me to return the car on Aug 15 past the 3 day. When I went to Nissan Serramonte I was asked to wait for at least 10 mins. which turned to an hour and later on I was told by their finance dept. I cannot return the car for reason he doesn't know of, he said he was just told by Mike. Up to this day, I am still calling and I continue to send them email asking for resolution. I have not heard anything since then. NEVER NEVER go to NISSAN SERRAMONTE unless you want to experience a NIGHTMARE More
Don't come here for an oil change, unless you have all day! Every time I come here for an oil change, it takes 3 hours, even with an appointment. Why do they even book appointments if they can't take your car?! Every time I come here for an oil change, it takes 3 hours, even with an appointment. Why do they even book appointments if they can't take your car?! In addition to an unreasonable wait time, they charge $30 for an oil change, for a Sentra?! That's the discounted price, retail is $49.99. The service writer was acting as if he was doing me a favour. I've been to other dealerships, but this one is closest to me. I don't know why I have been here more than twice. More

Suzzanne continued to tell me how "she doesn't have to call the insurance because A.) my mileage was OVER regardless of the miles on it as i RECEIVED the car 2.) she presumed i had the liwest Bronze package yet, without listening to me, checking my documents or callling 3.) she referred to me as "Hun" and cut my every response off." She refused to call the insurance company or speak with them until the representative got frustrated and decided to call the store. As i repeated the representative words aloud. Then she decided to comply. I had to call 3 different times. Upon asking for management she said there was no one other than Abe, who i off wot no expected return date. I cqn go on further. But it is pointless.....Very unprofessional and unacceptable. More
I purchased a brand new 2009 Nissan Verse from Serramonte Nissan. In 2011, with about 65,000 miles I was told that I needed a new engine. I have not been in an accident and I received regular maintenance on my car. I was sold a lemon. I then contacted customer service and was told that they could not do anything for me. I then contacted Claudio, the salesman who sold me the car. I left him three messages and he never returned my car. I understand that some vehicles may have problems, but I was really disappointed in the way that Nissan handled the situation. A car that is less than 3 years old should not require a new engine. Given the lack of helpfulness and poor customer service, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Serramonte Nissan. More
We recently bought new Nissan Juke AWD in base trim from Serramonte Nissan. We were pleased with a) price b) financing (had to ask though for better deal) c) time it took to process things. We got price and financing we asked for without "let me go check", thus saving our time. Actually we got price we wanted in less than 30 seconds and financing we wanted in less than 60 seconds. Moreover, we find our self lucky, because Juke AWD models for some reason were hard to find when we were buying and other dealers just didn't have base Juke AWD at time of our purchase. Our manager was Claudio and I suggest contacting dealers by internet - save your and theirs time. More

This is the second time I've come here for service and I will NEVER come back. They continuously do not honor any of their service specials that they have on line, are unfriendly, and have missed items in m will NEVER come back. VERY POOR SERVICE! They are the most expensive Nissan dealer in the Bay Area, you would think they would show some pride in what they do for the price. More
