Charles, Matt, and Marco(as I call him)-The three amigos were awesome!I was introduced to Charles and Matt through a friend that had recently purchased a vehicle through them. Very nice men! From the beginning they treated me like a customer and didn't look at me like a "dumb" woman. I told Matt what I was looking for in my new vehicle and gave him a list of necessities and luxuries. Most of the communication was through text messaging. Once Matt found vehicles that I would be interested in, he text me to come test drive them. Marco came in the picture because Matt was off the day I went to test drive the vehicles. I want you to know, Charles was behind the scenes and in front(leading these young men) taking care of my approval paperwork. When I was test driving these vehicles, I didn't know I was already pre-approved to buy one! After the test drive, Marco said, which one do you want to buy! I said can I think about it and let you know, he said sure, no pressure! I asked many questions which didn't seem to irritate any of them, I receive the car fax which I asked for and I made sure the "spare" tire would be aired up before I left the lot. I did a 41 pt check list and these gentleman not one time got upset with me. Instead, they said, you have done your research! Well, I'm driving around in my new 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe thanks to the Tres Amigos who took the time to treat me as a customer. Customer Service is always important to me! There was some miscommunication with my financing so I was unable to drive my vehicle home with me the same day I purchased, but the dealership went a step above and had the car delivered to me the following Monday...free of charge. When the car was delivered, I immediately noticed a few issues. The dealership worked with me to repair and exhaust issue and a tire issue. I want to thank Eric Manley for his constant communication and for going that extra mile to help me out. This car is for my soon-to-be teenage driver and it means the world to me to have her safe on the road. We cannot express enough our satisfaction with Mr. Estill; he was very friendly and easy to work with. He addressed every concern we had in a pleasing manner and was willing to do whatever he needed t Estill; he was very friendly and easy to work with.
