He aided greatly in the experience of determining our final offer of a quality product, the Hyundai Sante Fe 2011. He aided in brokering an outstanding trade in value of our used car and additionally took in account of my Military Service of 20 years. I contacted this dealership on the phone looking for a specific car and was transfered to Deryn. I live 1 hr and 40 minutes away from this dealership and did not want to drive there if we could not get c specific car and was transfered to Deryn. Deryn was extremely helpful and agreed that he did not want us to drive all that way to be disappointed. Between 10 and 11:30 on a Saturday morning I must have made 10 different calls to Deryn for information and to ask questions and I became satisfied that while he could not guaranty a deal I felt it was worth the drive. At the dealership he knew me when I pulled onto the lot. He was friendly and helpful - he had the car I wanted waiting for our test drive - and the negotiation process went quickly and I was happy with agreed upon prices. The whole experience was painless and I never felt like I was wasting time at the dealership. That morning was the first time I had done business with this dealer, but Deryn was great to work with! We were looking for a "nice" used car and really liked the Hyundia. When we first met Brett he was non assuming and only showed the cars that we were interesed in and in our price range. This makes our 5th Hyundai through you guys and we have had great experiences with all of our purchases. In fact during one of our purchases at the beginning, we bought one, my daughter bought one and my had great experiences with all of our purchases. I recommend you guys all the time when somebody ask about my vehicle or if I hear they are looking to buy a new one. In the past I have had my car serviced by your service department and have always found them to be helpful and accommodating no matter how small the problem (which have been very few and usually for something very minor).
