My wife and I bought a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Glenn Auto Mall on Labor Day. Even though it was a very rainy day, the dealership was very busy, but we did not have to wait very long before being helped Auto Mall on Labor Day. We had researched the available cars on the internet before arriving at the dealership, and also talked with Walter. Therefore, he was expecting us, and had already pulled up the information on the cars we were interested in seeing. He even went out to the Lot and brought the cars that we were interested in test driving, up to the showroom so that we would not have to go out in the rain to see them! Now that's really GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Once we decided on the car we wanted to purchase, we had to wait for a while before taking care of our financing. While waiting, Walter got us beverages and visited with us. We then set up all of our financing,; which was also a very pleasant experience. Everything was explained, in detail, to us and we were given choices as to such items as Extended Warranties, length of finance contract, payment date, etc. All options were printed out for us to view, before signing any papers, so that we could chose the plans that fit our budget. There was no "guess-work" or "high-pressure" tactics involved in purchasing the car. Eric was also a pleasure to work with, and also very knowledgeable in his position. All-in-all, it was the most pleasant experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We will definitely return to Glenn Auto Mall when we are looking for our next vehicle in the future. He was empathetic and understanding as I asked lots of questions. He patiently listened while I expressed concerns because of my wreck and my fear of getting back under the wheel again. He even volunteered to accompany me on my test drives in case it was too much for me to handle. I finally decided on a used Hyundai Santa Fe. Even a month later I am thrilled with my decision to purchase my vehicle from Greg at Glenn. I will be going back to see Greg when I need another vehicle or my family and friends talk about it. Customer Service is always important to me. I took my truck in to have it serviced for the check engine light. Casey greeted me at my car with a big smile and within a few hours my truck was done! My wife and I went to look at a used car we had found on the internet. When we arrived, we were greeted be Marquis Estill. We told him what we were looking for. She was also very helpful and carefully described all of our options to us. We made an agreement to pick the car up the next day. She told us everything would be ready when we arrived. They let us drive the car home that night. Marquis told us he would fill the car with gas when we came back. When we came back the next day, everything that was promised was provided. All the paper work was ready, Marquis had the car filled with gas and also cleaned. All in all, it was a very positive, professional experience.
