Had no problem with dealership when buying the car. The problem came after i took car home. I am totally dissatisfied! I had to bring it in for service to find out they could find problem Had to wait for 3 days before they figured out mechanical problem. Then told it was a transmission problem They had my car for 3wks.or more. Wgen i got it back it was still vibrating and shaking when i was stopping. I brought it to service a attention and the Sales manager John.was told thats all they could do. Problem had bern fixed they saw nothing else.Bank refused to allow me to get another car but still had to make payments while it was out of commission.So now 3rd time car still running badly I report complaint to Corporate in Texas. They informed me to bring it again to service. I did and to confirm my complaints Yes bow it has a couple of more problems. They hav to wait on engineer to come in about a week to then bring it in again to see whats the solution. At this point i am still requesting they give me another vehicle. Meantime i am nervous and stressed driving this vehicle with these problems! More

I was charged $99 yesterday, $89 6 months ago, and $79 a year and a half ago - all for the same service on the same vehicle, oil change and tire rotation. I was given my receipt without the multi point in year and a half ago - all for the same service on the same vehicle, oil change and tire rotation. I came across Glen Toyota with high customer ratings on the internet and scheduled a test-drive for RAV4 & Camry and met with Johnny. He was modest and conscientious. When I told him that I wanted to revisit a couple of days later to decide on the color of the vehicle, he introduced me to Darluis because he was off that day. I think that is not easy thing to do and his adaptability to my schedule and preference really impressed me. Darluis was just so wonderful on the day I purchased my car, RAV4.
