I am very happy I went to Glen Toyota. I was stranded and about an hour and half away from home coming in from a weekend getaway with my wife and kids and three of my five wheel studs snapped off and my truc about an hour and half away from home coming in from a weekend getaway with my wife and kids and three of my five wheel studs snapped off and my truck was undrivable at that point. I called and spoke to Paul who then refered me to Bruce who said they can get me in and take of it so my family and I can get home. Then they had another manager there helping me and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and saved me $20, not that it's the money but it's nice not to be upsold when I'm completely stranded. I brought my car in for service. A simple oil change and rotation of tires. I was told it would take about an hour and it took close to almost 2 1/2 hours.
