We have been leasing cars from Glen Toyota for over 20 years. Their sales and service staff are very customer focused in delivering good value and good service. Dealership worked hard to deal with problem with engine resulting from defective manufacturing that required engine replacement at 100,000 miles. drop off the car for 10k service. car return condition was horrible. back of the car was completely dirty after dealership claimed they washed the car. Technician must have left it when he was replacing cabin filter. One of the lug nuts was destroyed after tires rotated for the first time. More

This dealership was a mess from beginning to end. Upon arriving I’d called and asked some questions about an XSE that I’d seen on their website for a certain price. I asked was it still available , were there any additional costs aside from taxes , dealer doc fees and registration and if there were any non factory parts on the car. Everything seemed to had checked out aside from the fact that Ashley , I believe her name was quoted me at a higher number assuming that I didn’t see the lower number on the site. Fast forward , I get to the dealership it look a mess. The cars are jam packed next to one another , the salesmen are chilling outside. It looks as if they’re at a bet together of some sort. I arrived with my mother and four year old daughter. As were exiting the car there are sales men outside smoking cigarettes, hookah and vape pens cursing up a storm during conversation with one another . I mean F bombs left and right. I had to ask my mother and daughter to wait inside of the car because of how disrespectful I felt they were being. they literally watched us exit the car and didn’t even attempt to stop. Anyway , I get inside where it’s not any better , the dealership looks rundown and old , the carpet looks super old , as well as the chairs. It just doesn’t look like a place I’d trust running my credit , handling my money , or anything of any importance. Still I met w a salesman who was okay. I didn’t allow him to run my credit , nor did I tell him how much I wanted to put down. I know salesmen use that as a way to gauge how much they think you should pay. Anyway , I asked for a breakdown of how much I would be paying if I put down three different amounts of money. They were all in the high fives , even though he used tier 1 credit score... and they literally negotiated NOTHING. Not on the base price , payments. Nothing. Upon sitting there speaking to the salesman there were other sales people walking past , being nosy a lady whom I’m not even sure worked there , or was just being nosy tried to explain the difference between leasing and financing to me as if 1 I didn’t know , 2. I was talking to her and 3. It was her business. SMH. Just overall a hot xxx mess. The workers there are way too lackadaisical, they don’t greet you upon entrance I’m not even sure they realize when a consumer enters because they’re all so caught up in their own conversation. Not to mention the fact that their showroom was nonexistent. I’m not sure who they’re paying for these ratings because NO. This is not it ! Upon leaving , the same sales people were outside having the same conversation as they stared at me walk back to the car. I ended up going to Hudson Toyota in Jersey City where I had a great experience from beginning to end. It gets busy , but it’s spacious , they have a lounge area , the salesmen are literally ALL personable they greet you. Their pricing wasn’t the best , but they’re willing to work with you , create budgets etc. More

Everything was great with my car; just have 2 concerns.... 1- I wasn't told the Service department closes at 4pm on Saturday. 2 - My driver side door was left unlocked (didn't like that).
