So I decided to use Glen Toyota for service for the first time as I have been using another Toyota dealership. The ease to setup an appointment was excellent. The greeting of Bill was extremely nice. I had the car serviced and a day later the same situation arose. I had to bring the car back to be serviced again which I wasn't happy about. I asked to not have the same person service the car and that request was not adhered to as the same technician did indeed work on the car again, so I wasn't happy that my request was ignored. To be honest I am reluctant to use this dealership again for the servicing of my car. I will say the staff is very pleasant and courteous which is excellent to see. More
