Appointment time was honored and service was quick and efficient. In at 7:30 and out by 8:30 or so. They were very efficient with taking my vehicle and getting my oil change underway. I was very pleased with eir attentive service. Unfortunately I was very displeased to hear I needed new brake pads getting my oil change underway. I was very pleased with eir attentive service. Came in for an oil change. I made an appointment for 8:30am and showed up on time, and asked how long it would take, and was told it would take an hour. I thought an hour for a simple oil change was a p 8:30am and showed up on time, and asked how long it would take, and was told it would take an hour. I thought an hour for a simple oil change was a pretty long time, but I said ok and headed to the waiting area. It took over an hour and a half. That doesn’t make sense to me for a routine maintenance job especially when I had an appointment. But the actual work was very good. I could feel a difference when I drove home and that’s why I gave 4 stars More
