This past service was excellent. The rep knew my name and the car was ready in reasonable timeframe. This was very different and much improved from my previous visit just one week before. During that visit the car was ready in reasonable timeframe. This was very different and much improved from my previous visit just one week before. During that visit the rep who has seen me there several times (I have been servicing my car here for over two years) asked me if this was the first time I had been there. I arrived at the dealership around 8:45 am and did not leave before 12:45 pm I think that lenght of time was unacceptable! I had also noted to a service rep upon arrival that I had experienced long waits for my previous services and a couple of times when the other customers left (well before I did) the same person I made that remark to asked them if they were happy with the time they waited, I had never heard them ask that before. It seemed rather insensitive as I have been a loyal customer. I would like to say that despitei that one time I have always been very happy with my service at Girard Toyota and I also know that I am given reasonable prices for service and that 99 percent of the time I have no complaints I just think that 4 hrs for a customer with an appointment who is waiting for their car is an excessive amount of time. More
