I had a 1030 appointment to get my car looked at because the engine light keeps coming on. They said that it would be 2 to 3 hours before they knew what was wrong with my car. They have a car service that b the engine light keeps coming on. They said that it would be 2 to 3 hours before they knew what was wrong with my car. They have a car service that brought me home. A little after three hours. I haven’t received a call so I called the service department and they said they still hadn’t been able to get to my car that it would be at least another hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half they called and told me what was wrong with my car, but they would not be able to finish it up until the next morning by 10 o’clock. The service department called me about 10 after 10 the next morning and said it was finished.. the car service came and pick me up. The check engine light hasn’t come back on and it’s running better than it was when I took it in. The woman that take me home and pick me up was very nice. More
Two week journey here was a disaster for me. Brought car in for regular checkup; during wheel rotation, I was told wheel stud broke and would have to buy a new one. Not cheap. When service was complete, I got my “report card,” which showed all systems were excellent. I paid and went to pick up car. While checking wheel pressure on dashboard, numbers indicated an absurd pressure,so went back in and asked about it. Guy took car across the street, said pressure sensor in my rear passenger wheel was broken. While driving home , major noise from wheel where stud broke. Made appt. to return next day. Something about a brake shield rubbing something. They did not have time to address pressure monitor problem. Made appt. for that. Brought car in and ended up having to pay for 2 new tire pressure monitors on tires that had supposedly “passed” inspection. Was it a coincidence that one monitor was on the tire on which the stud broke? More
