Cost to provide & install a cabin air filter was rather steep ($75). Chevrolet parts cost $34 (Amazon $15) which means installation was $41 which required removing & replacing 4 screws (maybe 10 minutes). steep ($75). I originally brought my vehicle for a recall regarding the electrical on the drivers side door. I had never been to this location. I enter acted with a handful of employeeās and only one was kind. The rest appeared to be annoyed with life or clearly hated their job. Shortly after picking up my vehicle and they said the vehicle was āfixedā it was not. The buttons for my window and to lock/unlock my car began to stick, and opening the back hatch would set off the alarm even though the car was unlocked. I called and spoke to a woman regarding this and she scheduled me to come in and have it checked. I showed up to my appointment about 10 minutes early. I stood waiting for someone to help me or even greet me a nothing, mind you I was the only one standing there. Finally someone asked if I could be helped. The employee tried looking up my appointment, couldnāt find it, asked about three times what I was there for. Every time I explained why he responded with āhmm thatās weird, Iāve never heard of thatā. Then he said he didnāt remember me calling and I told him I spoke to a woman, he said oh well thatās why then suddenly found my appointment. We went into the garage and he messed with the buttons, the hatch and my key fob. The buttons were in fact sticking, the hatch locked with any buttons being pushed, so he said it may be the fob. He got something to test my key fob and it didnāt do anything by so he proceeded to bang the fob on his desk and test it again. I told him I believe the hatch issues had to do with the electrical they did in the first appointment. I also said because this was an issues due to work they had done I wasnāt going to pay for anything. When I got the call my car was done, I was told it would cost $749 for fix the hatch. I told them to not fix it because I was not going pay for anything. Since having the door fixed there has been no issues with the hatch. More

Took my truck in to have the transmission replaced got it back it had wiring problems they wanted to charge me 740$ when i got it back i found that it was a ground wire they left unhooked. Not to mention i n back it had wiring problems they wanted to charge me 740$ when i got it back i found that it was a ground wire they left unhooked. Not to mention i now have some kind of evap leak that Iām still looking for that wasnāt there when i left the truck with them. More
