Took my 2020 3500 dually in because the check engine light came on twice on my 3600 mile trip. After the diagnosis it showed fuel injectors getting an odd reading. They wanted to change the fuel filter. light came on twice on my 3600 mile trip. After the diagnosis it showed fuel injectors getting an odd reading. They wanted to change the fuel filter. Witch isn't wrong, but is something that I would have to pay for. Something that I would normally do myself for a lot less than they charge. While it was in I thought I would see how they would do on an oil change. The tech was so sloppy that it look like the oil filter was leaking. Took it back and they took care of it as they should have. All in all it the service was good, but I do hope to see better on my next visit. More
