Terrible customer service. Way over priced. Spent 486$ for a door handle first of all. Charged me 300$ alone for labor. Was told to bring my vehicle in at 12:30. Than was told it would be done at 1:00 pm the following day. Called at 1:00 and my service manager was “at lunch”. Said he would be back at 1:30. Called again at 1:40. Said he was still at lunch and he would be back any moment. David was the man’s name. So decided to leave it alone. David called around 3:30 saying my vehicle was done. No discount and decided upon themselves not to salvage the old door handle but rather replace the entire thing. I’m very upset with my visit here. I will never go back and I will not recommend anyone to go here. More
