I was stuck at a store when my system failed to acknowledge my key..I was stuck and had to get to work. The shop let me have my car towed there days before they could actually work on it, and didn’ acknowledge my key..I was stuck and had to get to work. The shop let me have my car towed there days before they could actually work on it, and didn’t charge me any storage fees. We received awful news that my stepdaughter passed away and I needed the car in a hurry. They not only got it done quickly, but they were so immensely kind and understanding!!
