No dealership markup was nice. Sales staff was fine. Got nearly everything I wanted on the truck that was on lot. However, my brand new truck with 350miles on it got check engine light. A problem that has a bulletin out but no "known" fix. Now I have been out with a rental for last 2 days and counting. I'm a big guy. I get trucks for comfort as well as towing work around property. Being without MY brand new truck is hard enough pill to swallow, but being given a tiny Nissan sedan was a bit of a slap in the face. 70k+ brand new and I'm crammed in a tuna can.. Had another problem with Truck before it even left for the first problem. Part on back order said it could be up to 2 months. Unacceptable. Asked to talk to a Manager. They sent me to Will and he was the most unprofessional person I have had to deal with at any car lot/dealership. I'd give negative stars if possible. He would barely give me the time of day, and acted as if I was the burden the entire time. My truck has 360mi and is now there for second issue. The Least he could do is show a little sympathy. All he wanted to do to " help" was trade my BRAND NEW truck in as used and get me something else. I'll be talking to owner today, unless I he remedies this I'll be telling all my friends, co-workers and family to stay as far away as possible. Everyone else I talked to was very professional. Especially Kristy in parts and the receptionists I talked to. I'll update this after talking to owner. More

Waste of a day…. Didn’t want to do the work cause the check engine light was on. I didn’t want to pay $660 for the diagnostic testing…Just wanted my transmission servi Didn’t want to do the work cause the check engine light was on. I didn’t want to pay $660 for the diagnostic testing…Just wanted my transmission serviced and have a key cut and fob done…They called me later after I dropped off and said they couldn’t do it cause the light was on??? They couldn’t do the transmission (understandable) but can’t cut the key??? Funny cause I had a key cut and reprogrammed the fob the next day with the same lights on. And most of the employees seemed like they were doing me a favor. Except one lady she was really nice. More
