This dealership is a total sham operation especially the service department. Chuck White and the other so called “service writers” have terrible customer service and communication skills. Chuck failed to notify me that my truck would not be finished the day it was supposed to be, then texted me 30 min after opening the following day the my truck was done. After picking up my vehicle the check engine light turned back on 1 day later. I called and left Chuck a voicemail which was never returned. Avoid this dealership at all costs! I have a service scheduled a different dealership to resolve my issues and will NEVER bring my vehicle to Gilchrist ever again. More

I always go to the service department here my truck is a 2010 traverse. I’ve been to different places over the years. And for me as a girl I feel like they get over on me. Shade was great! We placed an order on a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali in August 2021. Due to Covid restrictions, our order finally arrived in April 2022.
