Worse place I’ve ever had to deal with David Christensen was my advisor and he was rude and lazy ! Every time I called he always claimed to not know what was going on or what he was doing and proceeded to e was my advisor and he was rude and lazy ! Every time I called he always claimed to not know what was going on or what he was doing and proceeded to expressed that he hated to do insurance claims because they took forever. My car sat in the shop for a good month and a half before it was even touched causing my rental coverage to expired and I ended up spending over $600 dollars for a rental to get back and forth to work . He never stayed in communication and I had to make calls and make things work on my own because of the poor performance provided by this dealership. I’m sure it’s not the whole staff but, I do not appreciate calling about my vehicle and someone is giving me an attitude and making me feel rushed. I just wanted things to run smoothly because just like everyone else I have a Job as well and would have liked things to run a bit more smoothly. However, I would suggest that he get more training on insurance claims or not be given insurance claims at all since he really didn’t know his job that well. More
